city boyz - 28-03-2005, 12:42
Temat postu: mesagge_die problem
message_die() was called multiple times. This isn't supposed to happen. Was message_die() used in page_tail.php?

whats the problem here?

SouND - 28-03-2005, 14:01

Cytat:
ALTER TABLE `phpbb_users` ADD `user_ip` VARCHAR( 220 ) NOT NULL ;

city boyz - 28-03-2005, 14:10

Crack - 28-03-2005, 17:21

If you can, wait for 1.9. At the moment we're finishing with tests.

SouND's sig uses special tag: [*you] (without *). It shows name of user who is viewwing this.

city boyz - 28-03-2005, 22:26

cool tag :)

I will wait but can you tell me the new features in 1.9 version?

Crack - 29-03-2005, 10:40

Cytat:
I don't know exactly, but the main differences between 1.8 and 1.9 are:
- less load on database server and some other speed improvements (my mod :) )
- new type of forums - moderated forums: before showing on forum, each post must be accepted by mederator
- quick quote button working in all browsers, not only IE
- built-in Admin Notes mod (in ACP there is a field which can be used by admins to exchange notes)
- updated Attachment Mod
- when replying in a topic, below smilies there are some special characters you can insert to your post
- while deleting a topic/post it's owner can be notified by email about it; this email may contain reason for post/topic deletion
- helped mod: in your topics you can grant user a "helped point" if you consider his/her post helpful
- support for PHP 5
- subSilver is valid HTML 4
- modified portal.php
- link to check_files removed from ACP
- more advanced error reporting: when there are two or more errors, they are shown instead of "message_die() was called multiple times" message

- new functions for deleting posts, users, topics and avatars. Even in oryginal phpBB when you delete user, his sig and avatar image is left on the server. That all should prevent desynchronisation of database
- when you had enabled not counting posts in any of your forums, counting stopped when you enabled this function. Now posts are recounted and it works correctly when moving a topic to no-counted forum
- brand new check_files.php[/quote]
