OK - today i have big forum. 9300 users and 3500 visitors every day bat my forum is suspended now because it's make overload. Please give me some tips how to make forum easier for server. It was using 25% cpu and limit is 10.

Optimize your DB tables, Synchronize users and Forums.
Lower limit of user`s unread posts
Increase Time in Flood Protection field.

...or change your hosting.

I trasfer my forum to another host.
when i acces to my index i get this
